A funny sign next to a construction area... The sign has been there so long that the "warning" or whatever has disappeared and now all that is left is an oval shaped frame for a word and the ominous "Violaters will be prosecuted" underneath... I'm really tempted to go out and fill in the blanks... but I'm not sure what with.
