This is a scary e-mail.
This e-mail makes me feel ill (click for close-up view). Because there is no staff here at wheeland.com except me, and I didn't send it... And it looks sincere and honest enough that if I were almost any novice e-mail user, I'd believe it. And then... I'd be spreading the virus contained within the textfile.pif document that's attached. Well, that's if I was opening it on a PC... Since I use a Mac, this wouldn't happen for me... But you notice that this screenshot is from the PC that I have in my office at RIT. I dislike it, but you have to take what you get sometimes.
Again... sorry this isn't a 'real' entry about me... but I'm getting to it.

Wow dude, that makes me ill too. I haven't had any emails from my domain yet, but I'm sure it's possible. I use Linux at home most of the time so it would affect me if I opened up that attachment, but I do know enough not to open strange attachments. It's just sad that these emails appear to be from someone that you may know.

DERRRR, I meant to say that it WOULD NOT affect me in Linux, just in Windose if I opened the attachment. Forgot to proofread my message, my bad, my bad, sorry.
